You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (EMPLOYEE RELATIONS) in the MARINE AIR GROUND TASK FORCE TRAINING COMMAND of MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR. You will provide overall advice and assistance on management-employee relations, discipline, adverse actions, grievances, performance management and recognition, employee counseling, and related functions. You will administer the employee appraisal and awards programs to include a comprehensive annual and ongoing evaluation of programs. You will administer the work/life Human Resources programs for assigned organizations. You will evaluate programs for compliance with policy, and processes actions in a timely manner. You will be responsible for reporting and answering data calls to Human Resources Director.
