You will serve as a Cook in the Midshipmen Food Service Division of NAVAL ACADEMY. You will breakdown, and clean advance food service equipment such as food processors, vegetable slicing machines, rotary or combi-ovens, mixers, industrial meat slicers, and other specialized equipment You will utilize Microsoft programs and programming specialized equipment, such as combi-ovens, for use. You will use and apply tables, charts, and lists containing quantitative information. You will breakdown and clean, meter filling stations, cook tanks, vacuum sealers, tumble chillers, and blast chillers. You will follow safety procedures regarding the operation of kitchen equipment to avoid personal injury or damage to the equipment.
