About the Position: Serves as the principal Management Assistant to the Chief of Engineering and Construction Division and to branch chiefs and staff in administrative matters. Utilizes a practical understanding of mission requirements and priorities, policies, organization structure, functions, procedures, processes and principles of management. Prepares requests for Personnel Actions, Travel Orders, Training Requests, Purchase Requests and Commitments and determines appropriate fund cite for Division and Branch personnel using the Corps of Engineers Financial Management Systems (CEFMS).
