About the Position: The incumbent of this position is the Mississippi Valley Division (MVD) technical authority for the Levee Safety Program activities in the six districts of the MVD. Serves as the technical expert advising and directing all phases of the program. The duty location will be determined upon selection and can be at any of the 6 Districts listed above within MVD. Not eligible for full time telework. Serves as a consultant to districts for the quality control review of the Levee Safety Program features of projects. Develops, implements, and provides oversight of the Division's Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) for levee safety products.
