About the Position: Serves as Budget Analyst in the Mobile District Civil Works Programs and Project Management Branch. Analyze and evaluate Civil Works funded projects. Coordinate with Civil Works program and project managers to ensure work items and resource plans are prepped and processed. Exercises a working knowledge of the laws and regulations for Civil revolving, local or other government agency/customer funding sources. Identify source and financial appropriations and maintain fiscal control over Civil Works Program. Maintain fiscal control over a revolving funds reimbursable program.
