You will serve as a PROGRAM ASSISTANT (CETARS/WATCHBILLS) in the NAVY LEADERSHIP ETHICS CTR. You will serves as the Corporate enterprise Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS) Manager for all courses taught by Naval Leadership and Ethics Center (NLEC) detachments , serving approximately 50,000 graduates annually. You will manage database permissions, granting authorized access to detachment Course Data Processing (CDP) owners to enroll and graduate students in their respective courses. You will create and manage the combined training schedules for 14-high profile annual convenings (Major Commands, Prospective Commanding Officer, Spouse courses etc.).
