About the Position: Serves as a Regulatory Division, Branch Chief responsible for administrating the Department of the Army (DA) regulatory program and associated after-the-fact decisions on DA permit applications under the provisions of Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899, Section 404 of the Clean Water Act and Section 103 of the Marine Protection, Research and Sanctuaries Act in the District's regulatory boundaries.
