You will serve as a POSTAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (OFFICE MAIL MANAGER) of NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER JACKSONVILLE. You will issue and enforce mail policies to commands. You will analyze and track workload (volume/ type of mail), current mail handling procedures, and cost of operations, and assess the impact of additional workload on mail center operations. You will perform cost/benefit analysis and develop plans for installation /implementation of new postal equipment, systems, and procedures. You will monitor customer compliance with applicable mailing requirements and policies, identifies deficiencies, and works with customers to correct problems.
