You will serve as a COMBINED TRADES SUPERVISOR I in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT of PSNS and IMF. You will inspect work while in progress and upon completion. You will change work plans, work assignments, and methods as necessary to reduce or control costs and maintain schedule. You will assign work to subordinates and instructs them on work and schedule requirements, methods and procedures as needed. You will supervise employees in shops or aboard ships performing complex work evolutions to assure compliance with technical directives. You will supervise a variety of trade workers at various grade levels in the performance of nuclear and non-nuclear production work.
