You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MIL) at the NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND (NPC). You will utilize personnel databases to research, update, and process personnel actions. You will conduct research and provide explanations and interpretations regarding rules, regulations , procedures, and requirements pertaining to military personnel actions. You will provide customer service in person, by telephone, and email and complete correspondence and provide answers to written inquiries. You will independently processes standard personnel actions necessary to process military members for assignment, enlistment, reenlistment, promotion, awards, and performance evaluation.
