You will serve as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Military) in the Navy Pay and Personnel Support Center (NPPSC) of TSC GREAT LAKES. You will provide technical advice and guidance on military personnel and pay systems to subordinate and serviced commands. You will prepare and conduct briefings and presentations to leadership on personnel and pay systems. You will manage personnel staffing functions and work flow processes for organizational effectiveness. You will review statistical data, monitor and analyze report identifying trends and areas for improvement.
