Intervenes on the customers' behalf working with the Acquisition Specialist to resolve issues relating to the return of excess material to the vendor and/or coordinates with the Supply Planner on requests for the return of excess material to DLA. Accesses information relating to material, finance data, vendor data to include File Transfer Protocol (FTP) transactions, as appropriate, vendor invoices, vendor payments, and customer collections to assist with issue resolution.
