You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST (SECURITY OFFICER) in the INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS DIVISION of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14. You will manage and direct the efficient and effective operations of the branch which includes assigned personnel, budgets, hiring, discipline, process development, performance feedback, quality control and employee development.
