You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT in the HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT GROUP, HUMAN RESOURCES DEPT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU. You will address inquiries effectively, the incumbent researches answers to questions and works closely with complex regulations, processes, and procedures. You will prepare and review personnel paperwork to ensure complete accuracy both before and after processing. You will administer the onboarding process for new hires to guarantee that all proper forms are completed and new employees are integrated in a timely and effective manner. You will regularly utilize specialized computer programs and systems, including DCPDS, USA Staffing, Onboarding Manager, E-Verify, and the Civilian Workflow Automation (CWA) tool.
