You will serve as a LEAD IT SPECIALIST (CUSTOMER SUPPORT) in the Information Technology & Cyber Security Department of PSNS and IMF. You will serve as a Technical Lead in the activities of the NMCI Customer Technical Representatives Branch. You will perform as the technical Customer Support SME responsible for identifying IT service operational requirements for the command. You will plan, manage, and direct IT NMCI analysis, design, development, testing, troubleshooting, quality assurance, installation, implementation, integration, and maintenance of various Next Generation (NGEN) contracts and services.
