The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Technical Training Instructor performing all technical training instructor classroom-related activities. Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic levels in the RAWS courses. Acts as the subject matter expert for RAWS course materials to help ensure they meet career field training requirements. Plans, develops, executes, and evaluates a comprehensive and effective training program. Maintains professional and technical proficiency and accomplishes special projects related to specialty areas, to include staff surveillance visits to various training activities.
