About the Position: The incumbent of this position will serve as a Supervisory Training Specialist GS-1712-11 for Defense Health Agency Headquarters located at JBSA Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Supervises and manages 68W training instructors, assigns work based on workload and instructor qualifications, conducts performance reviews, and oversees evaluation plans, awards, and counseling actions.
