About the Position: Serves as a Supervisory auditor (Branch Chief, Data Analytics Cell) within Field Operating Offices, Army Audit Agency. Leads a team of auditors and data analysts to provide direct analytical support to audit teams. Oversees a team of auditors and data analysts to build analytics and develop analytics tools to support Agency audits and the Agency’s mission. Directs the use of advanced data-analytics tools and IT-supported methodologies to drive audit processes. Leverages complex Army and Department of War (DoW) information systems to analyze large data sets and evaluate programs. Ensures all analytics-driven audit approaches and final products comply with Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards and Agency policies.
