About the Position: Incumbent is responsible for the quality assurance in a variety of maintenance, repair, renovation, and minor construction projects, and services, by contract, within administrative, training, barracks, dining, medical, recreational, range, utility, and transportation facilities. Inspects, reviews, and certifiesgeneral maintenance, repair, and construction contracts of normal difficulty to ensure compliance withplans, specifications, and acceptable construction practices. Evaluates performance against contractual requirements. Inspects completed services and notifies Contracting Officer and contractor of violations and deficiencies noted, particularly in the areas of schedule, cost, and technical performance adequacy.
