As a HR Specialist (Employee / Labor Relations), you will serve as technical authority in all aspects of DO's Employee Relations program, including conduct, performance and attendance issues, Office of Inspector General referrals, and administrative inquiries, in order to provide authoritative guidance to DO employees, managers and supervisors on complex ELR issues.
