This position is part of the War Media Agency. The incumbent will be responsible to the development and preparation of the budget estimates and the annual operating program goals for five years and beyond the current budget year. As a Budget Analyst at the GS-0560-9 some of your typical work assignments may include: Serve as the Lead Defense Travel Administrator (LDTA), primary point of-contact for the Defense Travel System (DTS), and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in analyzing and administering the DTS for WMA headquarters, components, and worldwide subordinate unit personnel. You will serve as the liaison between the traveler and the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) for voucher payment issues.
