You will serve as a RIGGING WORKER in the Department of Energy (Naval Reactors) Material Office of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT. You will assist riggers and crane operators in weight handling operations using overhead cranes, forklift trucks, and railcar movers. You will select and install weight-handling gear such as nylon and wire rope slings, shackles, hooks, and chains. You will perform the duties of a railroad brake operator/switcher to support railroad operations. You will operate forklifts to support crane operations and select and move material.
