Provides authoritative advice and technical guidance to direct the design, development, execution and promulgation of operational and contingency plans for worldwide support in the assigned Theater of Operation. Evaluates theater/contingency operational plans and assesses DLA Troop Support's supporting tasks and missions through day-to-day analysis and periodic testing during JCS and Combatant Command sponsored exercises.
