You will serve as a MANAGER in the Contracts Department of NAVSURFWARCENDLD. You will serve as the primary business advisor to 2-4 assigned customers at the Department Head or equivalent level, and is accountable for awarding their contracts for supplies and services in a timely manner. You will possess an unlimited Contracting Officer's Warrant and be authorized to execute a wide variety of contractual actions, including all actions executed within Code 023.
