You will serve as a SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the ACQUISITION DIVISION of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND HAWAII. You will be responsible for all contracts issued under the authority of the Echelon IV or Echelon III Command. You will be is accountable for the Acquisition Department’s overall effectiveness and compliance with the applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. You will serve as the Command's principal consultant on contractual matters and senior contracting approval authority.
