This position is based within the Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Veterinary Services, Field Operations, Logistics Center. The role encompasses a range of responsibilities including maintaining, repairing, and modifying various types of hydraulic equipment and motor vehicles, both gasoline and diesel powered in support of the Logistics Center NVSP. The duties may include, but are not limited to: Performs repairs and maintenance on heavy mobile equipment and special purpose vehicles such as: trucks/trailers, power generation, material handling equipment, agricultural equipment, and others.
