The primary purpose of this position is to perform clerical duties and carry out the daily operations of the front desk of the Child Development Center, School Age Program, Youth Center, Teen Center, special events, part-day/full-day programs, and summer programs. Performs and oversees the clerical and administrative duties of the Child and Youth Programs. Monitors and manages the reception desk. Assists with the programs' daily financial collection procedures, reporting requirements and deposits. Maintains and manages the programs waitlist.
