About the Position: Serves as Operations Officer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Information Management/Information Technology (CEIT) under the direct supervision of the Division or District IT Chief. Oversee all underlying IT processes that support a service, including continual service improvement, performance analysis, and change management. Ensure service design aligns with DoD, Army, and Enterprise Service Management Framework (ESMF) policies.
