This position is part of the Air Force Elements, U.S. Transportation Command. As a CONFERENCE PLANNING SPECIALIST at the GS-0301-11 some of your typical work assignments may include: Plan, organize, and execute large conferences, workshops, seminars and other events. Responsible for assisting with the overall planning, preparation and execution of conferences held in facility. Prepare and support facility access, system requirement set-up, and requests by the supported command, military service, Transportation Component Command and/or customer agency for events assigned. Prepare and present information such as facility capabilities, IT/administrative/security support, VTC opportunities and other pertinent issues.
