About the Position: This position is located at the Carl R Darnall Army Medical Center, Director of Resource Management, Clinical Support and Operations. Receive and respond to concerns and grievances from patients or from individuals on behalf of patients. Provide input and perform maintenance of files and records pertaining to patient satisfaction Trains Patient Experience Champions (PECs). Train staff on the use of Joint Outpatient Experience Survey (JOES) program and dashboard and the Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) Surveys.
