About the Position: Serves under the supervision of a higher graded supervisor who provides general instructions,standard procedures, overall priorities and policies and who relies on the incumbent to control work operations and accomplish an adequate quantity and quality of work. Serve as the supervisor over the Abrasive Blast Section. Ability to plan overall use of resources in order to meet deadlines. Evaluate work operations needed to achieve balanced workloads. Determine training needs for setting performance standards.
