Evaluates work for effectiveness and the economical use of personnel, materials, and methods to meet production goals. Manages administrative duties, including approving leave, identifying training needs, and ensuring participation in management programs like safety and quality assurance. Establishes deadlines, sets priorities, and coordinates with other supervisors. Operates MHE such as forklifts (with a capacity of up to 10,000 pounds), warehouse tractors, and stock selectors. Ensures all safety and security practices are implemented and followed in accordance with OSHA and DLA standards. Performs other duties as assigned.
