As a Program Analyst, you will be part of RESOLVE, Office of the Chair, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). If selected, you will be responsible for analyzing RESOLVE Program activities, supporting program improvement, assisting stakeholders, and coordinating mediation activities. Analyzes and evaluates activities and services of RESOLVE, the EEOC’s internal alternative dispute resolution (ADR) program, to identify trends, problem areas, and opportunities to improve program effectiveness and efficiency.
