You will serve as a LEAD CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND/ACQUISTIONS of NAVFAC NORTHWEST. You will lead a team of Contract Specialists and provide a full range of contract specializations including acquisition planning, solicitation, negotiation, cost and price analysis, evaluation and award, and administration for various contract types. You will perform a variety of computations relative to item costs, specification requirements, delivery charges, and transportation costs.
