The primary purpose of this position is to provide specialty and full range of diagnostic, preventative and therapeutic podiatric services including surgery to patients with diabetes and to provide podiatric consultative service within the Gallup Service Unit. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021). Provides comprehensive assessment of the lower extremity from distal to the knee; evaluate and treat people with diabetes to identify individuals at high risk for lower extremity amputations; provides both neurological testing on feet.
