The primary purpose of this position is to provide the National Operations Center (NOC) continuous onsite Senior Level judgment, experience, and authority of a 24/7 watch consisting of representatives of DHS, Intelligence Community, Law Enforcement, Department of Defense, other critical Federal Departments and State and Local partners.
