You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the MANPOWER AND PERSONNEL DIRECTORATE of HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND. You will coordinate with Joint Staff, Service Personnel Centers, and Service Senior Leader Management divisions. You will manage manpower requirements and allocation of active-duty, reserve, civilian, and contractor resources within the command. You will develop new ways to measure program accomplishments, results, and effectiveness. You will participate in analysis and evaluation of agency functions or activities being considered for conversion to contract operations. You will be responsible for joint personnel accountability, strength reporting, and personnel readiness for the United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOINDOPACOM).
