You will serve as a Supervisory Financial Manager in the Deputy Comptroller Department, of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV, located in Patuxent River, MD. You will serve as the Comptroller’s and Command’s expert authority on budget policy issues. You will participate in the policy development process both locally and at higher echelons, as a member of working groups or an advisor to policy developers. You will prepare Command-level guidance on new directives, either in the form of new policies or explanation and directions for local implementation. You will generate official comments on draft policy documents, while ensuring that comments address issues of particular concern to the Command and NAVAIR.
