About the Position: The incumbent will serve as an Administrative Support Specialist within the directorate, aids the director, division chiefs, supervisors, and staff via extensive knowledge and understanding of the organization, its methods, funds, people, and other management tools. Utilize correct office protocol to prioritize/schedule events, staff actions, calls and/or visitors. Compose and review complex correspondence prepared for signature of, or requiring coordination by the supervisor in conformance with regulations, format, etc. Utilize an automated government travel system (ex., Defense Travel System) to coordinate, schedule, and/or advise employees on travel arrangements. Follow-up with various action officers ensuring recurring deliverable and commitments are met....
