You will serve as a AC/S G-1 DIRECTOR MANPOWER within MARINE AIR GROUND TASK FORCE TRAINING COMMAND of MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR. You will provide general and specific management oversight, and evaluation to ensure effective program implementation and consistency with existing policies on a long term basis. You will be responsible to plan the work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work. You will be responsible to provide employees with advice, counsel and instructions on work and administrative matters as needed. You will provide leadership, inspiration, and training to subordinates to encourage innovation, goal achievement and the pursuit of excellence.
