You will serve as a LEAD ENGINEER in the AEGIS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-04 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 and GS-13. You will serve as the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Baseline Lead responsible for technical and programmatic leadership for developing, fielding, and maintaining Aegis Baselines/Capability Packages.
