About the Position: Serves as Administrative Support Assistant in the 599th ARTRANS Command Group, to the Commander, Deputy to the Commander, and Command Sergeant Major. Performs a variety of clerical, administrative and analytical support functions. Serve as an Administrative Support Assistant for the organization. Control incoming correspondence addressed to the Command Group. Prepare executive-level correspondence and nontechnical reports for leadership signature. Serve as a primary administrative contact for visitors and telephone inquiries directed to the Command Group. Coordinate official travel for Command Group personnel. Resolve conflicting or incomplete information through coordination with military and civilian personnel.
