You will serve as a SUPERVISORY CIVIL ENGINEER in the PLANNING, DESIGN, AND CONSTRUCTION DIRECTORATE of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST. You will prepare and/or direct the preparation of working drawings and specifications, and review of construction drawings and specifications. You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, considering the difficulty and requirements of the assignments. You will review designs, plans, specifications, and design analysis prepared by others. You will resolve complaints from individual employees, resolve group grievances, investigate serious complaints and involve HRO as necessary to ensure timely and effective conflict resolution.
