The position oversees and coordinates specialized clerical duties pertaining to the operation of the programs. Performs and oversees the clerical and administrative duties of the Child and Youth Programs. Monitors and manages the reception desk. Assists with the programs' daily financial collection procedures, reporting requirements and deposits. Maintains and manages the programs waitlist.
