The primary purpose of this position is: The Program Manager oversees the squadron's dive operations, ensuring safety, readiness, and compliance while advising the Unit Commander on training and equipment. Provides complex program management and support services in the areas of dive and maritime equipment, training and operations. Manages 68th Rescue Squadron's dive/maritime equipment systems maintenance and reporting programs. Maintains diving and maritime equipment/systems. Provides formal and informal training to include over-the-shoulder, classroom, demonstration, one-on-one, and spontaneous training.
