The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an Aerial Port Expeditor Load Director (APEX). To lead four or more personnel in performing general loading and off-loading of cargo aircraft, restraining cargo onboard aircraft using tiedown chains and devices, straps, nets, and pallet rail mechanisms. - Serves as an APEX Load Director.
