About the Position: The pay band NH-04 includes the General Schedule grade equivalent to GS-14/15. Other initiatives under the Acquisition Demonstration Project include simplified classification, streamlined hiring process and expanded developmental opportunities. Coordinate and develop procedures relating to the financial management, acquisition strategy, and logistical support services required by the project. Assist in the preparation of Requests for Proposal, Statements of Work, Contract Data Requirements Lists, specifications, and acquisition plans. Plan, conduct, and direct highly complex reviews and initiate reports which are provided to higher headquarters and other Department of Defense (DoD) commands with recommendations on the best courses of action for the project....
