About the Position: This position is being filled in one of the following places: Falls Church, VA, San Diego, CA, or San Antonio, TX. Evaluate quantitative factors presented in contractor cost and technical proposals by providing analyses of significant policy and/or operational changes. Support contract transition activities on the multi-billion dollar managed care support contract by working with the COR to develop schedules, contract language, and arrange contractor meetings. Advise the COR, through the Section Chief, on actions necessary for implementing change orders that cross the Managed Care Support Contracts.
