The primary purpose of this PNEUDRAULIC SYSTEMS MECHANIC LEADER WL-8255-11 position is to lead three or more workers to accomplish trades and/or labor work on asubstantially full time and continuing basis. Leads a team of trades and/or labor workers. Performs nonsupervisory trades and/or labor work that is usually of the same kind and level as members of the work crew led. Uses and maintains hand and power tools and equipment required to accomplish duties. Utilizes safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment. Answers questions from supervisor on overall work operations and problems.
