You will serve as a Shipbuilding Specialist (Planner) in the Waterfront Operations (WFO) Department (Code 300) of SOUTHEAST REG MAINTENANCE CTR SERMC. You will be the Shipbuilding Specialist for ships, boats and crafts assigned to the Southeast Region. You will perform the specification planning, including estimating and material sourcing, evaluations, surveillance and monitoring of all repairs. You will plan and coordinate on-site reviews for the evaluation of personnel protection/prevention and safety programs. You will conduct daily shipboard safety inspections.
